Built to Be Trusted.
Ora handles something sacred — your study, your prayers, your walk with God. Here's how we try to be worthy of that trust, and to make Ora work for everyone.
Grounded & Honest
Our AI cites Scripture and tells the truth — even when a passage isn't where you expect. It serves the Word; it never replaces it.
Your Data Is Yours
Your notes, highlights, and prayers belong to you. We never sell your personal data.
Reverent by Design
Calm, premium, unhurried — a space we've tried to make worthy of Scripture and respectful of your time.
Clear & Fair
Honest pricing, no dark patterns, and plain-English policies. What you see is what you get.
Responsible AI
Ora's assistant is built to stay grounded in Scripture, cite the text, and be honest about what a passage does and doesn't say. It's a study companion — not a substitute for Scripture, prayer, or the teaching of your local church. Like any AI, it can make mistakes, so we encourage discernment and always point you back to the Word. We design it to serve Scripture, the reader, and the church — never to replace them.
Privacy & Security
We collect only what's needed to provide Ora, we never sell your personal data, and your study content is yours. AI features process the passage and question you submit to generate a response. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy, and the rules of the road in our Terms.
Accessibility
We want Ora to be usable by everyone, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Across this site that means:
- Keyboard-navigable, with visible focus
- Respects “reduce motion” preferences
- Light and dark themes for comfort
- Semantic structure and image alt text
- Readable type and color contrast
- Resizable text without breakage
Accessibility is ongoing work. If something isn't working for you, please tell us at support@orabible.com and we'll make it right.
